You can change your membership type whenever you renew your membership.

It is not possible to change your membership type mid-way through your annual subscription.

If you are within 14 days of the membership purchase or renewal, you can contact us to cancel it, which will then allow you to renew your membership again at a different membership level. Please allow up to 48 hours for the cancellation to process once confirmed before attempting to renew online.
