What happens to my Member Free tickets if my membership expires?

Member Free Tickets are valid for 12 months from issue, or until the subscription expires.

You must have an active Membership in order to access any Membership benefits. If your Membership subscription expires, any unused Member Free tickets will be lost.

If you have any unused Legacy Member Free tickets, from a Membership subscription purchased before 29 September 2026, these will still be available to redeem on active Memberships until 31 December 2027. Even if your subscription expired or lapses, as long as you have an active Membership subscription, you can access these tickets until the end of 2027. When booking tickets, make sure you select 'Legacy Member Free' tickets option.
