I can't log in to my account online. What can I do?

Your membership card number is needed to redeem any of your Picturehouse membership benefits.
You can find it whenever you log in to your membership on the website or on the Picturehouse app (tap on the QR code in the app to reveal it).
If you would like a physical membership card, you can pick one up at any Picturehouse cinema box office (excluding Picturehouse Central) by providing the cinema team with your current membership card number.
Please be aware that our teams at the cinemas cannot search for memberships, as a security precaution.
