  • There’s no need! You can use your email confirmation as your ticket, so you can go straight to the screen and show the email with the booking reference to our usher. This can be on an email printout or on your mobile phone.


    If you have a MyPicturehouse account and bought your tickets online, you can also get a QR code for your booking via the Picturehouse App. Just go to your profile, and select Purchases in the app to access your booking.


    If you don’t have access to a printer or a mobile phone, you can still quote your booking reference at the Box Office and we’ll print your ticket for you. Or, if you booked using your Membership, we can print one using your Membership card.
