You can request a refund if you contact us at least 2 hours before the film, either in person at the cinema box office or over the phone on our Refund Line 0207 018 3629 (10am to 6pm). We cannot provide refunds by email as we cannot guarantee we will be able to respond 2 hours before the film.
If you purchased your ticket in person, you will need to return the paper ticket to the cinema to claim your refund.
If you used pre-paid vouchers in your booking, they may not be valid for a second use. Please contact us for assistance with these bookings.
