If you bought your tickets online, you can access the booking via the link in your email confirmation. From there you can cancel your own booking and refund the cost of the tickets, as long as it's more than 2 hours before the film. You can also do this via your booking in the Picturehouse app. The money will be refunded back to the original payment card within 3-5 working days, and any Member Free tickets will return to the Picturehouse membership account
You can also request a refund in person at the cinema box office or over the phone on our Refund Line 0207 018 3629 (10am to 6pm), if it is at least 2 hours before the film. Please provide us with your booking reference to locate your transaction. We cannot provide refunds by email as we cannot guarantee we will be able to respond 2 hours before the film.Any booking fees will not be refundable.
If you purchased your ticket in person at the cinema, you will need to return the paper ticket to the cinema prior to the screening to claim your refund.
If you used pre-paid vouchers or partner codes in your booking, they may not be valid for a second use. Please contact us for assistance with these bookings.
Once a film has begun, we are not obliged to provide any refunds, but of you unexpectendly need to leave a film part way through the screening, please speak to the cinema team regarding your tickets.
