Yes. As a reasonable adjustment, if you require a carer to come with you to attend a film, you get to bring the carer in for free.
This can be provided in person at the cinema box office, or over the phone on our Accessibility line 0207 294 7908 (10am to 6pm). You may be asked for proof of eligibility, so please bring with you any appropriate documentation you may have.
Picturehouse works with the CEA card scheme, which allows eligible customers to claim carer tickets online via our website and app, and without any further checks. https://www.ceacard.co.uk/To redeem a CEA carer ticket online, enter your CEA card number under the Voucher or CEA Card ticketing option.
