  • If you have received a voucher for a free or discounted ticket, you can redeem them with us in the following ways.

    Online: When you are at the ticketing stage, there will be an option for Vouchers. Enter the voucher code and it will provide a free or discounted ticket to your booking. It will not reduce the cost of any tickets you have otherwise added.


    At the box office or over the phone: Please provide us with the voucher code for us to redeem in your order.


    Vouchers may not be eligible for certain screenings, such as premium priced events. Please check any terms and conditions of the vouchers that have been provided to you.
