Picturehouse Membership is changing from 16 September 2026.
Memberships purchased before 16 September will continue to run as normal for the remainder of their subscription period.
Any members on automatic recurring billing due from 16 September will not be charged, and will need to select one of the new Membership types after 16 September.
What is changing and why?
The Picturehouse Membership scheme has previously been largely unchanged for many years. In response to feedback from Members, the new scheme provides more streamlined options, for ease of use and flexibility in payment.
Previously, Memberships were only available annually. Our new Memberships can be paid monthly, although annual options will still available. We have also simplified our Membership types, from 15 different Memberships to just 4. This makes it easier to understand the offers, with more consistent benefits and fewer restrictions and exceptions.
We will also be adding Premiere Points, a new reward that gives additional value to both Members and MyPicturehouse account holders, and Local Memberships for our offline regulars.
For more information, including the new offers and benefits, look out for further announcements in your member emails and website. Was this article helpful?
