Yes, we welcome trained assistance dogs (also referred to as service dogs, guide or hearing dogs) into our cinemas who help people deal with the effects of their disability, for example, visual impairments, epilepsy, diabetes, mobility limitations. If you’d like to bring your assistance dog into the auditorium, let us know before you book your ticket so we can advise the most appropriate seating. If possible, it would be helpful to our staff if your assistance dog were to wear a recognisable leash/collar or harness and if you could bring suitable documentation with you when you visit the cinema (although this is not mandatory).
Please note, only appropriately trained assistance dogs are allowed on Cineworld premises. As indicated by The Equality and Human Rights Commission, assistance animals are generally expected to be highly trained, will sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner and will not wander freely around the premises. If your assistance animal does not behave in this way or causes a disturbance (other than when tasking), they may not be allowed to enter or remain in our cinemas.
Emotional support animals are permitted at the cinema manager's discretion.
Dogs as pets are only permitted during our Dog-Friendly screenings.
