When does the cinema open?

If it is for the same screening, you can move your seats on the app, or at the cinema box office.
If you want to go to a different film/day/time/cinema you will need to cancel your ticket and rebook. You can request a refund in person at the cinema, or over the Refund Line 02070183629 (10am to 6pm), with at least 2 hours notice before the film.
